Switch Power Corp.

On October 9, 2024, Switch Power Corp. (“Switch”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the “BIA”) and Harris & Partners Inc. (“HPI”) was appointed as Proposal Trustee of the Company (the “Proposal Trustee”).

Switch Power Copr. was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 7th day of February 2025, and Harris & Partners Inc., was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee by the official receiver, subject to the affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
