On March 24, 2025, Sunterra Farms Ltd., Sunterra Food Corporation, Sunterra Quality Food Markets Inc., Sunwold Farms Limited and Trochu Meat Processors Ltd. (collectively the “Companies”) each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) under section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and Harris & Partners Inc. (“HPI”) consented to act as the Proposal Trustee.
