J.WEBB WINE MERCHANT LIMITED AND J.WEBB WINE MERCHANT ON 17TH AVENUE LIMITED

On December 15, 2023, J.Webb Wine Merchant Limited (“J.Webb” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) under section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and Harris & Partners Inc. (“HPI”) consented to act as the Proposal Trustee.

J.Webb was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 15th day of January 2024, and HPI was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee by the official receiver, subject to the affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

J.Webb Wine Merchant on 17th Avenue Limited (“J.Webb 17th”) filed an assignment on the 16th day of February 2024, and HPI was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditor’s of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
