On April 3, 2024, the Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing Harris & Partners Inc. the receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Paul Hatsisavvas (the "Debtor").
