Please be advised that C.P.M.C. Marquez Holdings Inc. and Imperio SA Holdings Inc. (collectively, the “Applicants”) are bringing an application for the appointment of a Receiver by the Court over 10773883 Canada Inc. (the “Debtor”) pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”), and seeking a Lien Claims Process Order. The application will be heard on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. EST before Justice Kershman, by Zoom videoconference.
Harris and Partners Inc. has consented to ast as the receiver, if the appointment order is granted by the Court.
So that we may advise the Court and complete the Participant Information Form in advance of the attendance, If you wish to attend, please contact nlongmore@tgf.ca before November 12, 2026 and indicate:
(i) whether you intend to take a position on the Applicants’ motion or oppose the relief sought; and
(ii) the list of counsel from your office who plan on attending the hearing and, if attending, whether you expect to make any submissions.
